Associate of Arts (Transfer)

Course Requirements

To earn the Associate of Arts degree:

1. Successfully complete a minimum of 64 semester credits numbered 1000 or above that includes courses required to meet the ten Minnesota Transfer Goal Areas and electives
2. Achieve a GPA of 2.00
3. Earn at least 20 of the 64 credits from MSCTC, or if transferring from another MnSCU campus earn at least 12 of the 64 credits from MSCTC.
4. Complete a minimum of 40 credits of liberal education through a variety of courses and credits
5. Satisfy the 10 required goal areas for the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (See list below)
