Program Details

The Management Certificate is designed to provide learners with the essential skills necessary for a career in management. Emphasis is placed on developing skills in management decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills, developing employees, problem solving, resource management, and professionalism. Training includes Management Principles, Human Resource Management, Budgets and Financial Management, Small Business Management, and computer applications.
