Proctor Checklist

  1. Follow important dates for fall and spring semesters for Online College in the High School.
  2. Monitor to ensure student registers for courses and accesses MyEmail.
  3. Validate student has received a registration confirmation note in their MyEmail box.
  4. Review Online College in High School Web site. Then click on the Course Proctor tab, Proctor Responsibilities, and FAQs.
  5. Attend Proctor Orientation, delivered from the Minnesota Online Support Center to your high school via technology (i.e., phone, web, etc.)
  6. Refer to log in information for students sent via email to the proctor email on file from the Online College in the High School Advisor and give each student his/her confidential information for logging in to MyOnline Portal and MyEmail.
  7. If the student log in information does not work, check to see that the student followed the directions provided. If it still does not work, notify the Online College in the High School Advisor at 1.800.456.8519 or at mnscuonline@custhelp.com.
  8. Check progress on students every 2 weeks. Alert the Online College in the High School advisor if student is not making satisfactory progress.
  9. IF student is dropping course (course dropped in the free drop/add period), notify the principal and the Online College in the High School Advisor at 1.800.456.8519 or at mnonline@custhelp.com. In your communication, please provide the following information: Student Name, Student ID, College Course being dropped and Circumstance for drop.
  10. Have students complete the Online College in High School Survey sent to your email near the end of each semester.
