- The sending institution must be regionally accredited at the higher education level.
- The coursework to be transferred must be comparable in nature, content, and level to courses offered in the declared program major.

Items on this application will be used for identification and to determine admission. Items will also be used for advising, counseling and institutional research. Acceptance to a program will be determined by college assessment scores and space availability.
It is recomended that required documentation be submitted for the fall semester start by July 15th.
